What we do

We help families address violence, improve communication and strengthen bonds.

Our Values

Respect

Mutual respect is the best way to avoid any kind of abuse or violence. If people respect themselves and others, they are less prone to using violence for resolving conflicts. The center teaches families to build relationships out of respect and not resort to domestic violence.

Family Empowerment

Empowering families is essential for violence prevention. Because when a family feels secure, feels worth and feels it is competent to resolve its issues, it will not adopt violence either as a way of control or as a means of coping to stress.

Inclusion

Social exclusion and marginalization can increase the risk of violence. . Constructive and inclusive environments where each and every family is recognized and appreciated create less tension and healthier relationships hence vice and violence are scarce.

Responsibility

Personal and family responsibility is fundamental in preventing violence. The center encourages families to accept their responsibilities and consider the impact of their behavior on others in order to help themselves so that violence is not the first reaction to problem.

Family Empowerment

We work to establish strong partnerships with local schools, organizations, and families to create a supportive and connected network.
