Who we are
At ENLA-C, we are a non-profit organization committed to building stronger, more peaceful families and communities in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
At ENLA-C we have a Family Empowerment Center that seeks to address the widespread issue of family violence and the lack of communication and conflict resolution skills within families. In many communities, physical and emotional violence are commonly used as methods of disciplining children, while conflicts between adults are poorly managed, leading to environments filled with tension and aggression. These harmful patterns affect the immediate well-being of both children and adults and perpetuate cycles of violence and poor communication across generations.
Our approach
At Enla-C, we are committed to strengthening families and preventing violence through education, empowerment, and collaboration to create a safe and supportive environment for all. Our approach allows families to identify their problems, develop creative solutions, and learn to innovate together.
